Calling all Animal Science superstars! Do you have a passion for ruminant nutrition and a knack for turning prospects into loyal customers? Are you tired of the same old, boring sales job? If you answered "moo" (or yes!), then this is the udderly perfect opportunity for you!
We're a leading global animal health company on a mission to help cows achieve peak moo-velousness (that's a technical term). Our Ruminant Nutrition team is expanding, and we're looking for a superstar Key Account Manager to join the herd. In this fun and fast-paced role, you'll be the go-to guru for all things ruminant nutrition, building relationships with key accounts and helping them achieve their animal health goals.
Here's a sneak peek at what you'll be doing:
- Become the herd leader: You'll be responsible for managing key accounts in the ANZ region, focusing on growing our sales of feed additive specialty products. These aren't your average feed additives – they're the prime rib of the market!
- Speak the cow language: You'll need a solid understanding of ruminant nutrition and be able to explain complex technical concepts to customers in a clear and engaging way. Think of yourself as a bovine translator!
- Be a champion for our brands: You'll develop strong relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor, helping them see how our products can take their herds to the next level.
- Hit the ground running (or should we say moo-ving): Expect to spend at least 60% of your time out in the field, building relationships and visiting customers. The rest of the time, you'll be at home base strategising and making sure we meet our sales targets.
- Become a master moo-strator: Developing local technical days and marketing events is a big part of this role. Think of yourself as a cow whisperer, sharing your knowledge and getting everyone excited about ruminant health!
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or a related field (pun intended!).
- Has 1-3 years of experience in an animal nutrition role, preferably in the stockfeed or ag sales industry.
- Has a proven track record of success in sales and building strong customer relationships.

- Is a team player with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal – no mooing necessary, but it's a plus!).
- Ideally based in either Sydney and Melbourne or within the vicinity (hour from airport??)
