James did a fantastic job helping us through the ordeal of selling and buying a home. When the house we were buying failed the inspection miserably, the contract on our’s was withdrawn, we were very distraught. We huddled with James and created a new strategy that had no fewer than 9 offers the next day, including cash offers at our price!! Due to James’ knowledge of the industry and savvy suggestions, we were able to not lose the contract on the home we wanted, sell ours at our desired price and close on both on the same day without a hitch. Amazing!!! When it looked like we were going to have to show our home for another 100 times without result and end up losing the home of our dreams, James came through in a HUGE way!!
