Hey I'm Kerry, it's nice to meet you!
Over the next few days as I start my #dreamjobproject, i'll be sharing some of my thoughts and experiences so I thought i'd take a few minutes to introduce myself.
I have many years experience and expertise in property related activity ranging from sales to customer service.
Since 2017 I have managed customer care on more than 1000 new homes throughout the North East.
I help manage snagging, new home demonstrations, handovers, courtesy visits, reported defects, customer queries, aftercare conversations, complaints and customer satisfaction.
I put people first and apply only the highest standards, never cut corners, and approach my work with pride and passion.
I believe it is so important that the people you work with are looked after and are proud of the work they do. As Richard Branson once said "If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your clients".
Customer care is so much more than a job to me. It’s a passion – and it’s one that I uphold with pride.
