Kenya Airways Clinches Two Prestigious Awards at the 2024 World Travel Tech Awards

In our debut at the World Travel Tech Awards, we made history by clinching two prestigious awards at the Grand Final Gala Ceremony held at Savoy Palace, Funchal, Madeira on November 24, 2024; where we were crowned as Africa’s Best Airline Website 2024 and Africa’s Best Airline App 2024.

Our Website was recognized for its user-friendly design and intuitive features, that ensure travelers have access to comprehensive, up-to-date information at their fingertips. Key features of the recently revamped website include a price histogram to help customers make informed booking decisions, inspirational travel deals, a trip planner for easy destination selection, and a responsive mobile interface.

Subsequently, our KQ Mobile App stood out for its ease of use and features that simplify travel for customers. From booking to pre-departure services, the app integrates innovative functionalities that provide passengers with a smooth, efficient, and personalized travel experience.

These significant achievements continue to highlight our innovative digital solutions and commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.

This service gives guests the control to select flights that are convenient for them based on their schedule, streamlining the process of re-booking alternative flights during flight rescheduling or cancellations.
