Kent Greenbelt Planning Permission

Delighted to have achieved Full Planning Permission for a new build detached home in the Kent greenbelt near Staplehurst. The low lying single storey form reflects the dark timber agricultural barns in the area.

With an intentionally dark and discrete front elevation the street facing aspect creates a private screen to the expansive plot beyond. Full height glass sliding doors to the social space and all bedrooms to the opposite side create a connection to the landscape. Careful positioning of windows and rooflights control different natural light effects from different directions and at different times of day.
