Analysis??

On August 9, 2021 we visited Kenorland’s Lac Regnault exploration camp within the 39,365 ha (724 claims) Frotet Project, located in the Frotêt-Evans Greenstone Belt of eastern James Bay-Eeyou Istchee northern Québec. Francis MacDonald - Executive Vice President of Exploration kindly gave an overview of the Frotet Project. Recall Kenorland had announced on June 29, 2021 final drill results from its winter diamond drill program at the Regnault gold discovery (see: https://www.dhirubhai.net/pulse/kenorland-minerals-ltd-kld-v-discloses-initial-drilling-eric-lemieux/?published=t). The 8,591m diamond drill program, completed in early May 2021 is being followed up with summer prospecting and drilling. Recall the Regnault gold discovery is held under joint venture (with Sumitomo Metal Mining Canada Ltd ("SMMCL"). Drilling is in progress with a planned program of a minimum 20,000m of drilling with 3 drill rigs. ?The drill program at Regnault is focusing on infill and step-outs along the R1 and R2 structures.?The continued testing along the R2 structure visible, in part, from the camp appears to be going very well and is following-up on gold mineralization. ?Since the initial discovery in 2020, Kenorland has completed >20,000m of drilling at Regnault and is improving its understanding of the mineralized gold system.

Good location and access: The Frotet project is located ~120 km to the north of Chibougamau, Québec. ?Access to the project is via la Route du Nord (a wide provincial dirt road used by forestry industry) on KM 97; a ~1 ? drive from Chibougamau, where a single lane dirt road leads to the Regnault camp installations. We see that favorable infrastructure exists in the project area with an extensive forestry road network and power transmission line also crosses through the property which supplied power to the past producing Troilus Mine of Troilus Gold (TLG-T). The Frotet property is located in the Frotet-Troilus sector of the Frotet-Evans greenstone belt and the gravel access road to the Troilus Mine site (Chemin Troilus) is just further up from KM 97. Several sections of the property may be accessed via boat utilizing the large Frotet and Troilus Lakes. Surface disturbance associated with Kenorland’s exploration has been limited to the Regnault target area where permitted roads, core shack and lay down area, and drill pads were constructed during the winter 202,. summer 2020 and winter 2020 drill programs. No environmental liabilities or reclamation liabilities are attached to the property as well as outstanding legal orders. Relations with the local First Nations of Mistassini appear to be in good terms with dialogue and understanding. Québec remains a mining friendly jurisdiction where communication is key.?

A camp built by Kenorland is providing boarding, food, fuel, telecommunications and medical services for the exploration programs. The over 40-person camp includes a well built and functional core shack permitting core logging and core splitting capabilities and a core rack lay down area is being increased.?

Good geology: The R1 and R2 structures both strike in a general E-W direction and step-outs from the drill program have delineated a ~550 m strike along the R1 structure, and ~800m along the R2 structure, both of which remain open to the east, west, and down dip. The R1 and R2 trend are in a general E-W direction, but appear to occur within a general 2km NNE trend where significant gold has been intersected in drilling and we believe with time additional trends may be discovered.

The developing R2 mineralized corridor is characterized by high grade quartz-carbonate-pyrite veins, which were originally intercepted during the maiden diamond drill program at Regnault in 2020 but refined in 2021. The vein hosted mineralization is associated with an ENE trending, moderately south dipping contact between the Regnault intrusive complex to the south and volcaniclastics to the north.?Gold bearing veins identified to date within eastern portions of the R2 corridor are defined as shear hosted, laminated quartz-carbonate-pyrite veins hosted within volcanics in proximity to the intrusive contact, and within monzodioritic intrusive rocks. Along the western portion of the R2 trend, multiple stacked quartz-pyrite veins are extensional in nature with attitudes perpendicular to the intrusive-volcaniclastic contact.

We were able to view core from drill hole 21-RRD-024 (5.72m at 90.56 g/t Au incl. 3.89m at 132.57 g/t Au) as well as 20-RDD-007 (29.08m at 8.49 g/t Au incl. 11.13m at 18.43 g/t Au). We note that drill hole 20-RDD-007 is down-dip and hence true width is likely ~30%. It remains that the shear hosted, laminated quartz-carbonate-pyrite vein system dipping steeply to the north is fertile and more blow outs, hosted within the intrusive complex, may be expected on strike and at depth.?In addition to the extensive drill program, follow-up surface exploration, including mapping, prospecting, infill till and soil geochemical sampling, along with IP (induced polarization) geophysical surveys, are being completed over multiple regional target areas within the Frotet Project (Chatillon, Cressida, La Fourche). Geological targeting is being improved by the Kenorland team and we estimate that the ~38 holes completed in winter 2021 and in 2020 on the R1 and R2 structures have an average grade x thickness of 31.12 g/t Au eq x meter.?
