Ken Lehnig’s new album, Between Us, is an eclectic mix of American root music, blues, country, folk, rock, and jazz. The ensemble of players on the album includes guitars, vocals banjo, mandolin, keyboards from Ken Lehnig, award-winning keyboardist Ed Kornhauser, jazz pianist JJ Lim, award-winning harmonica player Robert Cowan, world-renowned violinist Alicia Previn, lead guitarist Cory Wilkins, sax man Ross Rizzo, drummer Jim Wagner, bassist, singer, audio engineer, and co-producer John Hildebrand, and backup singers Patty Hildebrand and Annalyn Lehnig.
Ken wrote all 15 tracks on Between US, with a bit of humor and with a more extensive production palette than his previous albums. Between Us explores relationships’ difficulties, complexities, and joys.
