Kelvin’s Miserable Night.

Kelvin’s Miserable Night.

#Day9 of the 14 days Glo-Cal Lineage Writing challenge

Kelvin’s Miserable Night.

Kelvin is a single young man who lives alone. He does crazy things some single men do. He could go anywhere he feels like anytime without restrictions.

One Saturday night, he decided to drive to a bar for a drink but he ended up drinking more than a bottle. While he was in the bar, three drop dead gorgeous ladies walked in and joined his table. One of them approached him to enquire why he was alone, they exchanged pleasantries.

After taking some bottles of alcohol, he decided to go home. As he walked outside, one of the ladies, the most beautiful among them stood up and whispered to his ear “let me walk you outside”.

Kelvin got carried away by her kind gesture, angelic voice and beautiful look. When they walked closer to his car, she said, nice car, nice choice of colour.

Kelvin opened his car to drive home but she joined him on the other side They continued talking in the car,

and eventually kissed.

Kelvin was Tipsy, and wasn’t thinking straight. He seemed to enjoy his new friend and wanted to buy her juice and possibly go back to his boring house together.

When he got to the entrance of the mall, he found out that the gates where closed, so he came down from the car and his new friend came down too, they heard the police sirens, as it approached she said it seemed the police are on their way here.

Kelvin being so disorganised at that time of the night became afraid and managed to hide but forgot the key to his car on the ignition.

He fell asleep in his hideout, few hours later, he began to ask himself some questions about what had happened, where is my car, where is my phone? He quickly ran out from his hiding place and his car was no longer there, even his expensive phone was gone. Kelvin has lost it all and he had to go back to his house miserable.

When he was done telling his story, I felt pity for him and advised him to always drink responsibly and avoid drop dead gorgeous ladies because they may send him to his early grave.

I further advised him to get married and become more responsible, he nodded his head in shame.

Watch out for those drop dead gorgeous ladies.

Have a great evening.
