In May 2021, my childhood friend (and now business partner) and I formed Kelso Industries to become the nation's preferred service partner. We started with one company based in Phoenix and spent nearly a year full time running that business and learning the trade. We certainly learned a lot.
Now seeing where we are today in September 2023, I am confident to say that we are onto something very special. We have partnered with over 12 different market leading mechanical services companies from all over the US. We have been blessed to partner with some of the industries best and brightest leaders.
We have more than 1,100 employees working everyday to provide the absolute best in class service experience to hundreds of different clients all across the US.
Here below are a list of all of our thirteen office locations:
Our goal is to provide a full suite of mechanical services in every US market. We expect this will take many years but we are excited to continue growing and executing on this mission.
Lastly, I felt it would make sense to outline the list of mechanical services our partner companies offer. This is hard to fully list because of all the talent that our teams have but nonetheless, below is a helpful tool to understand more of what we do at Kelso Industries through our partner companies.

In terms of feedback, I'd love to hear about your end market target mix and the rationale behind it. Also, it would be great to hear your thoughts on your ideal mix of exposure to new construction vs. retrofit / replacement for Kelso Industries.
