Kelly Gutierrez Kegler Joins AERON ADVANCED MANUFACTURING as the New Human Resources Assistant

We are excited to introduce Kelly Gutierrez Kegler, our new Human Resources Assistant at AAM. Kelly brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to our HR team, and we are thrilled to have her on board.?

Kelly joins us as a Human Resources Assistant, where she will be the initial point of contact for AAM employees on questions and concerns relating to benefits, company policies, and personal inquiries. She will also serve as the liaison between the company and the employees. Kelly will also be involved in personnel processes that extend throughout the employee life cycle. In addition to these functions, Kelly will assist in the payroll process at AAM.??

Kelly comes to AAM with a solid background in human resources. She previously worked as an HR Administrator at Michael’s Cookies LLC in Clear Lake, where she gained two years of experience in the HR field. Before transitioning to HR, Kelly spent five years as a Line Lead in production at the same company, where her leadership and organizational skills led to her promotion. Her hands-on experience in both production and HR roles gives her a unique perspective on workforce management and operational efficiency.?

Kelly is originally from Peru, where her family still resides. She is a proud mother to her 13-year-old son, Ben, and shares that she still loves watching anime, especially with Ben by her side. In her free time, Kelly enjoys walking, listening to music, and dancing.??

Since joining AAM, Kelly has been actively learning new aspects of HR, particularly in payroll processing. Kelly shares that Melanie Dean has been an excellent mentor, guiding her through the intricacies of payroll, a responsibility she did not handle in her previous job. Kelly finds this new skill exciting and looks forward to mastering it.?

Kelly always brings a positive attitude to each workday and meetings and therefore has been a joy to work with. She brings valuable work experience and interpersonal skills to AERON, but her drive to learn as much as possible and her team mindset stand out, making her a valued and appreciated part of the AERON team.?
