We have new leadership at KW Carlsbad with Chris Heller as our Operating Principal and franchise owner. Chris Heller is not only the franchise owner and operator but also is the CEO of Keller Williams International. With his leadership and the hiring of our new Team Leader, Tina King, we are set up for 2017 to be a huge growth year for us.
2016 was our most profitable year since inception and we continue to add many producers to the KW family. On top of a great year we are now under construction and doing a remodel to prepare for our 2017 growth.
When compared to the top 6 national brands here in Southern California, we are the only one with a capping model - 100% commission. Our competition continues to get rich on the commission they charge and we have a structure that allows us to pay the bills, cap the commission, then allow the agents to keep their hard earned money.
