It's been a couple of months since my last newsletter because I have been heads down working on client projects. I also have a new product in stealth mode! In 2025, I have seen incredibly talented folks enter the job market as layoffs dominate the headlines. Even if you are gainfully employed, I firmly believe critical thinking, analytics, and storytelling with data remain 3 of the most valuable skills in the world of data. Contrary to all of the AI hype on LinkedIn, anyone who can confidently synthesize and transform data into information and connect that information to business strategy has an advantage in this market.

In the spirit of helping out and sharpening technical skills, I would like to give free access to my SQL for Salesforce course. It covers SQL basics and Snowflake, both of which make great resume builders. I ask for nothing in return. Simply send me a message or refer your colleagues to do so, and I will grant access. Hacking Snowflake onboarding

It's been a fun and interesting project to continue streamlining my Snowflake delivery blueprint. I have cut the delivery time in half multiple times and passed that savings onto clients. I have posted most of the documentation on my public-facing DataTools Pro tutorials page. This is another great resource for learning.
