CV Tips: CV Length

Of course, you want to make a great impression with a company from the get-go. CVs are usually the first opportunity to do so. There are so many tips on how to make the perfect CV on the internet, but today we will focus on CV length. It’s a topic over glossed over.

What is the right CV length?

Junior Profiles:

Our Recruiters suggest that if you have a Junior profile (with few to no years of experience) you should keep you CV length short. About 2 to 3 pages, and a few bullet points per entry. This CV will have the relevant work experience, education and anything else you think might be relevant to the job you’re applying for.

Senior Profiles:

What if you have a more senior profile? Well, depending on how much experience you have, your CV can go up to 4 or 5 pages, with 5 or more bullet points per entry. Obviously you have more relevant experience, which should all go on your Resume to better sell yourself to your potential employer.
