Keeping you safe when face to face training returns
All Liverpool Law Society's training events have been delivered online via zoom since March 2020. Commencing 2022 we intend to offer both online training and the return of face to face / in person events. This will hopefully provide a choice, enabling those who love the convenience of online training - no travel time or expenses, the ability to watch recordings at a time to suit etc to continue to do so and those who love to get away from their workspace into a fresh environment to learn, network with colleagues and interact with knowledgeable speakers directly, will have the opportunity to do so too!
When returning to face to face events, things will be a little different than before. Some of the measures we have currently put in place are:
We will ask visitors to wear face masks upon entering the premises and whilst moving about unless you are sat down.?It is optional to continue wearing a face mask or covering once seated.
We are using 1 metre plus for our seating format to maintain some distance between you and other attendees.
Please make your way to the meeting/training room on arrival to minimise time in reception.?We would ask you not to congregate in reception at any time and to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before an event is due to start.
Please give your name at reception so that your attendance is recorded.?We will no longer be asking delegates to sign a course register.

Windows will be open to ensure ventilation, you may wish to have additional layers/ warm clothing with you on cold days.
In the run-up to the event, if you are told to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace, or you develop COVID-19 symptoms, you should not attend the in-person event. Please let us know if you are unable to attend.
Due to COVID restrictions we won’t be offering our usual sandwich buffet lunch for full day training courses.?If you wish to bring your own lunch, plates and napkins will be provided.?Tea, coffee, and water will be available
Hopefully the above small changes will help to keep us all safe.
I look forward to seeing you in 2022.
