Keeping it simple...

I received a fairly common response back from a new software partner who had just finished writing a direct interface to the Cayan-Genius payment platform. After receiving this update from our new partner, I sent this message to Dom Lachowicz, Cayan’s SVP of Engineering…(I have x’ed out the company/partner name). 

Hi Dom,

We are partnering with a company called xxx on their xxx POS offering. xxx has been around for over 25 years. They have integrated to many different payment platforms and payment terminals. Arby and I met at the xxx headquarters a few weeks ago. Their head developer working on the integration to Genius told us that "Cayan has been the easiest, most well documented and supported interface xxx has ever worked with". Their Director of QA said essentially the same thing to me via email... "Thank you for being such a great team to work with!!! This has been by far the smoothest integration to date".

On a personal note, I have been partnering with POS companies with payments for over 16 years. I have been working at Cayan for 4 of those years.
