May God bless our good friends with a huge gift

God created us by putting us into a family.

We all grew up in a nuclear and extended family of sisters, brothers, aunties, uncles, cousins etc.

And, while growing up we enjoyed the support and goodwill of our family due to the blood relations we shared.

But, later in life we started to make friends and acquaintances

Though there was no blood connections these people had huge impact in our lives.

This is because they were always there to advise and help us out when necessary.

As such they have been with us through the good, bad and even ugly moments.

Hence, these friends, colleagues and acquaintances are like family.

But, since we cannot transform them into family, let’s praise them for their contribution to our lives.

This is necessary because most times these people did not owe us anything.

Rather, it was due to their generosity, and selflessness that they decided to help us out.

So, let’s appreciate our friends, and acquaintances who contributed to our success.

Lets, make them know that we appreciate their contribution and sacrifice.

Now, it could have been at school, work, life, business, marriage, during difficult times etc.

Here, the main idea is to take some time off and send a heartfelt thank you message to that special person/persons.

Together let’s say a big thank you to all those that have made our dreams and aspirations come through.
