Keep your critics Closer

Don’t hide, run or try to escape when faced with criticism. Face it head-on and then decide what to do with it – use it to better yourself or discard it.

There are some people who will criticize you with not so good intentions that criticism might bring your morale down, not add value and make you feel like shit! But there are enough people who actually criticize you for you to become a better version of yourself. This criticism is vital and will help you sculpt yourself. The harsher – the better!

                 That way you don’t need soap and water to cleanse your nature
