On December 19, 2023, the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing, and Communities appointed a panel of expert advisers to examine potential adjustments to the London Plan aimed at enhancing housing development on brownfield sites within London. The report of expert advisors was published on the 13th February, 2024.

VU.CITY is teaming up with Local Planning Authorities (LPAs) as a technology partner for the PropTech Innovation Fund

Our collaboration aims to elevate digital planning services for council-led initiatives, driving the transition from traditional document-based methods to innovative, data-driven solutions.

This initiative is in direct response to the growing industry demand for accelerated land assessment and viability, coupled with enhanced visualisation of citizen engagement and plan-making processes.
