Keep Social Media Campaigns Professional, Avoid Inappropriate Content

In general, businesses that are trying to promote intimate lingerie or bathing costumes are facing many troubles when it comes to getting their ads approved.

Facebook's policy is clear enough when it comes to sexually suggestive content and should be followed. The risk of trying to boost a post with sexually suggestive content is to be banned on Instagram/Facebook ads.

The policy sounds like this:

"Ads must not contain adult content. This includes nudity, depictions of people in explicit or suggestive positions, or activities that are overly suggestive or sexually provocative. Ads that assert or imply the ability to meet someone, connect with them or view content created by them must not be positioned in a sexual way or with an intent to sexualise the person featured in the ad."
