Keep your business simple. If a process is complicated to you, the CEO or owner, then it is going to be complicated to your customers.
A few very simple small business principles I believe every business owner should follow, keyword, very very very simple small business principles:
? Invest in your people
? Invest in automation, not of your people, but of processes that don't need your attention.
? Keep operational expenses low.
If you can, get it down to $0.
? Develop a documentation that highlights the rhythm of your business as seasons change. Business has its highs and lulls. Your business should adapt with the highs and the lulls.
? Only purchase tools that are a part of your A. Daily workflow B. Weekly workflow. C. Quarterly workflow. D. Integrate with existing tools. E. All the Above.
? Don't spend $50,000 on "influencers"
