Keep it Simple to Grow

Written By Stephanie Tsatsos

Throughout my career I’ve observed there are a lot of ways to lead a successful business. The common thread I observed was simplicity. The companies that were really good at simplifying everything in their business - from the way the brought focus to their products & services…the way they attracted and served their customers….to the way they operated. The companies that were moving fast and getting traction were really good at keeping it simple and staying laser focused on what mattered most.

Keeping it simple to grow sounds…well…simple, right? It can be - but often involves changing a way of being as leaders in your business, bringing discipline and accountability to your teams and company. It takes work but will transform you and your business, move mountains, and help you get whatever you want from your business.

For companies in search of a system to take more control of your business - I proudly offer Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) as what I view as the simplest, most powerful business operating system I’ve seen.

The tools and tactics of EOS are deceptively simple, but incredibly effective at delivering a shared vision and values, defined processes, clear accountability and measurement toward goals/priorities.

Let’s Dive In…

  1. Shared vision and values: We begin with identifying a vision and core values for your organization. This means articulating who you are, where you’re going, how you’ll get there, and each team member’s role in getting you there. Communicating your vision to all of your employees (and often) helps all of your employees internalize it and want to be a part of it.
  2. Right people in the right seats: When you’re crystal clear about your organization’s vision, core values and ideal structure, we then set out to make certain the right people are on board, who fit your culture and have the ability to help you achieve that vision
  3. Increased speed of execution: Providing a framework for simplifying and documenting your core processes - your employees are now executing their work more accurately and efficiently. You’ll find your team and company are getting more done in a quarter than you’d been accomplishing in a year. With your core processes in place, your company is delivering products and services faster than ever before. Now you’re ready to scale.
  4. Trust & open communication: This is one of the most important ways leaders build trust with employees and customers. Employees want to connect with their leaders - to connect you have to be open, honest and vulnerable. With EOS, we do the work to identify your vision and how you’ll achieve it together, with your leadership team….getting everyone on the same page and bought in.
  5. Purpose-driven action: With a clear plan in place, communicated and shared by all, your employees are moving together with purpose….rowing in the same direction, with the right people in the rights seats utilizing their unique strengths for the greater good.

I am super passionate about helping entrepreneurs get Traction in their business as a Professional EOS Implementer because I’ve seen how bringing simplicity to grow is the secret sauce of successful companies.

Curious about EOS? I’d love to hear from you so feel free to comment here or message me.
