In a digitalized world and after Corona crisis we started to re-evaluted everything we do, including the way how we obtain education. Online education has surged in popularity in the last decade, with more and more college and university students now opting for online classes, instead of attending them physically. Online degrees have expanded significantly, incorporating innovative educational models such as microcredentials and massive open online courses (MOOCs) in addition to conventional college programs. Distance learning platforms have explored offering a diverse spectrum of content and individuals, ranging from traditional college-aged students to working parents, military personnel, seasoned professionals, and lifelong learners, all pursuing their educational goals remotely. The good

The bad

The U.N. weather agency is sounding a “red alert” about global warming, citing record-smashing increases last year in greenhouse gases, land and water temperatures, and glacier and sea ice melting. It is warning that the world’s efforts to reverse the trend have been inadequate. The World Meteorological Organization said there is a “high probability” that 2024 will be another record-hot year.
