Keep. Going.

As Women's History Month comes to a close, I'm looking for a commitment from all of you, my powerful and influential community of friends, colleagues, guides, mentors, and family. Please help me to keep the conversation going, keep the focus strong, our goals front & center.

We wouldn't have much to celebrate come Valentine's Day without dedication to the cause the other 364 days of the year. This is no different. Supporting, empowering, and fuelling the success of women - in big ways and small - is a daily goal.

This pandemic was a pile-up on the highway to equality. Some were hit hard, especially Black women and those in the BIPOC community, we need to help. Others felt the ripple but stood tall, millions more did their best. Stuck in place, waiting for the way to clear and for all of us to move forward. Sadly for some, the pause was too long, calls came in, responsibilities shifted and many took the nearest off-ramp. Getting those women back is critically important.

If you're looking for ways to step up, commit to creating space for female counterparts, understand, empathize, recognize, and appreciate their immense contributions. Start with the acknowledgment that you wouldn't be here without a woman. Give back. Put in the effort to seek them out, promote them, and showcase women you are inspired by, empowered by, and learn from. I've included a handful here who I've been lucky enough to meet, grow with, work with, and cherish here. They are changing the world for the better every single day.

Yes. We are 10 years behind where we should be at this stage, but the road is starting to clear, and you better believe we're ready and able to get this show on the road. Whether you're pushing the gas pedal in chucks or stilettos remember that "When women succeed, we all win."
