Keep it Effortless!!! Keep it simple- Part 1

I feel key element of Effortless leadership is

  • Culture of Motivation & Appreciation
  • Creating an environment where employees can share ideas to solve complex business problems
  • Having a vision and driving that with lot of passion; lead by example
  • Having people independent process
  • Having culture of engagement : Engage Team in every decision and make data driven decisions
The Effortless Leader is seen as "effortless" because the team which he built is highly passionate, motivated & empowered by that leader's actions and commitment to the team.

There is culture of accountability, Trust and communication. This team function as "ONE TEAM" as this is DNA of the leader and team and culture influenced by him.

It important to understand overall goal where the organization is working towards. while we as leaders defining Long term and tactical strategies for the team, these should be tightly aligned to the organizations goals.

Now its time to start visualizing how we can make simple so the whole team can be aligned with this intently.

How should we simplify? how we should start doing Vs Stop doing. Leaders should also need to ensure consistent outcomes by placing people independent process.

Great leaders have an ability to make things simple. To bring clarity – even in chaos. To focus, and have others focus, on what really matters. Management can be complex. Leadership can be very simple indeed.
