Keep adding value

I have always liked attending conferences, seminars and trainings. I see it as a way of adding value to my personal self career wise, spiritually and in building the right relationships. I just love it when I see people speaking to impact others.

Most times people ask me why I attend so many trainings and conferences but the truth is that it gives room for more exposure, enhances communication and networking skills and also it provides a platform for Learning, unlearning and Relearning.

If you have someone you look up to speaking to regarding mentor-ship/guidance, buy their books, volunteer at their conferences, attend their trainings and it becomes easier to reach out to them.

Your value addition might not necessarily be gotten by attending seminars and conferences depending on your career path but there is definitely something those ahead of you have done in a different way to achieve the success you celebrate( The paid price), just look within and look out.

The result might be gradual but definitely it would pay off soon.
