Good day everyone! it is great to see you again, there is plenty of activities and events going on this summer, whether you are at home relaxing or, away on vacation having a wonderful time. The season will be short, so let us all make the most of it. In July there are new book releases, and voracious readers, and book lovers can check them out on Goodreads, Book Bub, Amazon, and other online bookstores.

For families whose children are following the Polly Book Series by Alexandria J. Snowdon, there is a brand-new Polly book that has just been released on June 20, 2022, titled Polly Goes to Africa. Polly Goes to Africa is a lively upbeat lesson in Geography about touring a Game Reserve in South Africa. The book is fun and exciting, and the language is upbeat and lively for the nature of the story in which it narrates. There is much to learn in this fantastic family book. The Public Library also has plenty of events and activities going on this summer, take advantage of the fun. If you are not certain where your closest Public Library is located, you can look it up online, and give them a call. You can also request you own personal librarian. There is also an online library but, the children will enjoy frequent excursions to the library. There they can sit for storytelling or sign up for one of the essay writings contests that take place in the summer. You can inquire within, about the various events that will be taking place this summer. Other community events are usually posted on the bulletin board. It is good to know what is going on in your neighborhood in general. ?While at the library do not be surprised if you unexpectedly encounter your favorite author. Most authors frequent libraries especially if they live in close proximity.
