KCN 35 Years

Last night was VERY SPECIAL. Special friends, special clients, special relationships, special charity, and very special seeing the lives that had been transformed over the years.

35 years! Yes it was our 35th anniversary of The Kristan Cole Team in Alaska and more than 400 of our clients came and shared in the celebration with us.

It has been our honor to serve our community and our clients and we look forward to many more years and more clients to serve.

We have been raising money for My House (they support homeless youth) this year working with Mayor Cottle and Michelle Carney Overstreet the director. Our goal is to raise My House $100,0000. Last night we were able to give them the money we had raised so far, $50,000. Last night we raised even more money through auctions and donations. We so appreciate everyone who gave. The young people from My House served and helped. It allowed everyone to see what their donations can do for so many and the lives that have been changed.

We are so blessed with what we get to do everyday. It’s not just selling a house. It’s absolutely changing lives and supporting families. When people buy or sell with the Kristan Cole Team, we donate a portion of every commission to Kristan’s Home of Hope. This allows us to support incredible organizations do great work like My House.
