Endless Possibilities with Kawneer’s Project Portfolio
2022 saw the completion of many innovative and sustainable projects that benefitted from Kawneer’s aluminium solutions.
Projects like?Erskine Road?in London. The residential and commercial development in the sought-after area of Primrose Hill utilised Kawneer products,?AA?100?Sloped Rooflights and GT70S Windows, in order to maintain a heritage steel-window aesthetic while delivering on energy performance and cost effectiveness.
St Sidwell’s Point?in Devon is the UK’s first Passivhaus leisure centre. The ground-breaking project benefitted from Kawneer solutions, such as the AA?100?HI Capped Curtain Walling and?RT?82?HI Windows that offer exceptional thermal performance, helping the development to win industry recognition and numerous awards.
The?Hale Wharf Project?in Tottenham, Greater London, specified Kawneer solutions, including the AA?100 Curtain Wall System and AA?3572 Lift/Slide Doors, to enable the building of two new tower blocks that offer 249 contemporary homes, modern retail settings and canal-side public spaces to the local community.
Kawneer is also proud to have provided market-leading solutions to the ￡72 million?Northgate?Development in Chester. With a six-screen cinema, indoor market, bars, restaurants, cafés, office spaces, and a multi-storey car park, Northgate will revitalise the city centre and create 300 job opportunities.
