Karma at work

A few years ago I worked for a big and strong company but the time I spent there was very traumatic.

The boss, who was 28 years old in the company, treated the employees like his own servants and on top of that he was also racist.

There are many companies that put the slogan that Ea The company does not make a difference to skin color, religion, sexual orientation but this is just a facelift.

Every day the boss called me to his office and blamed me for mistakes made by his mind

One day I told him that if he continued in this way I would give him to the sharks and from that day every day he would call me to his office where he would also invite the timekeeper to have witnesses to continue abusing me.

I announced the management but I didn't have any normal answer, the boss was 28 years old in the company, who would the company believe me to be a beginner or the boss?

I surrendered and at the first opportunity I left the project

A colleague of mine who defended me every time I was right was still there and told me what happened to the bad boss.

At the end of the project he was caught when he wanted to sell the welding wire left after the end of the project and the company dispensed with his services after 28 years and I don't know if he didn't go to jail, especially since in that state the law is very harsh.

So it is good to always have good relations with your colleagues as much as possible even if they are your subordinates or your bosses.
