It's disheartening to find myself stuck in a recurring pattern in my personal relationships. It seems some individuals never change their ways, especially when they demonstrate a lack of integrity in both personal and professional settings.

Speaking of karma, while it's true that relationships involve two parties, affairs seem to occur frequently, regardless of the size or nature of the organization.

If one cannot maintain discipline in their personal life, how can they be trusted to do so in their professional endeavors?

I have lost all respect for everyone involved. Do they realize that a single moment of indiscretion has shattered a family?

Please do not tell me this is the for example, "German" culture just because it's a German MNC. It's just excuses. I don't get to see how is this aligned with ANY the Code of Conduct within workplaces. It's just pure personal greed.

I hope you people can sleep well at night. Karma goes a long way, watch out for it and you know who you are.
