Kansas City Chief Customer Ambassador: Returning to the Paris of the Plains
It’s been a while since I posted about one of my dealership travel stories, so I thought it was time for an update. Since the Penguins missed the Stanley Cup Playoffs for the first time in 16 seasons, I needed something to take my mind off the disappointment. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to travel to Kansas City to meet with some great customers last week.
Our first stop was the McCarthy Auto Group . Big thanks to John McCarthy, Ryan McCarthy, Chris Lee, Jeff Cooper, and the rest of the McCarthy Group who allowed the Reynolds team to spend some time discussing how we can better partner on moving their organization forward. Based on their mission and objective, this group has a clear direction on how they want to operate to drive success. To the McCarthy team, thank you for hosting us, allowing us the opportunity to discuss the future, and the long-time loyalty to Reynolds. We value your relationship!?
We also had a chance to visit a great customer who continues to grow. Congratulations to Carlos Ledezma, President of the Cable Dahmer Automotive Group , on the addition of their newest store Cable Dahmer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. My picture below is of Carlos and two of his key folks Robert Merritt and Brittany Ouellette. It was great seeing them and talking about their continued growth and success.
As I celebrate my 40th anniversary with Reynolds and Reynolds this week, I also want to share a heartfelt thanks to all of the customers, associates, former associates, and friends who offered their congratulations. One of the things that keeps me here is the phenomenal people that make up the automotive ecosystem! What a great industry we are part of!
