KanDDDinsky 2023: What an experience!

It was my first time attending and participating at KanDDDinsky conference in Berlin, Germany. Especially thankful to Diana Montalion for being a willing workshop facilitation partner, as well as these 3 for starting and continuing to run this very unique, collective and collaborative learning space - Marco Heimeshoff, Janek Fellien and ?? Conrad P?pke

Whilst there, milestones achieved included:

• Designed and ran a systems thinking workshop on "Tools for thinking" with Diana Montalion.
• Finally got to meet: Kenny Baas-Schwegler, Tobias Goeschel and Kevlin Henney.
• Met so many new people and caught up with online connections including Krisztina Hirth, Trond Hjorteland and Mathias Verraes.
• Got a real, live, actual paper cheque from Maxime Sanglan-Charlier. The conclusion from a dinner conversation about how we exchange finance and financial information.

Take-aways:

• Will be "liberally liberating structure" from the lessons learned in Martin Günther's workshop, remixing these with Enterprise Design Thinking.
• From Trond Hjorteland sessions, finally got a good grasp on socio-technical DP1 and DP2 organisational structures. Also inspired to include their considerations into User eXperience Design (UXD).
• Really encouraged to witness and be involved in conversations about tackling software design challenges from a socio-technical perspective.

I left inspired from the the workshop feedback, conversations, connections and Berlin's architecture. Looking forward to future collaborations and sharing the outcomes.
