Kamala defined herself with response to Huckabee Sanders about children and humility

There's an article on CNN today with the headline, "Harris says it’s ‘not the 1950s anymore’ in dismissing criticism over not having biological children." Other than asking what other kinds of children are there, I was stunned by a quote from Harris in the story.

At a townhall with Donald Trump, Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders said that she feels "sorry" for Harris and that, lacking children, she doesn't have the advantage of humility offered by offspring.

Within Harris's reply I found this 'little' tidbit: "... a whole lot of women out here who one, are not aspiring to be humble.

"With that reply, I both understood what Huckabee Sanders was talking about and the essence of Kamala Harris's world view.

The comment demonstrates that Harris doesn't understand humility. She seems to think it's some form of groveling whereas it's really a simple understanding that one is not the center of the universe. And that's what Huckabee Sanders meant.

Having children, if nothing else has done the job, gives us a reason to recognize our own existence outside of the center of the universe. Egocentrism actually makes for a lonely singular life since, even allowing someone else into that centric view changes the perspective somewhat.

It is appropriate to pity someone who views the world this way. But it's frightening to contemplate someone of this mindset as the president. As citizens, we'd better hope our interests align with her priorities or too bad for us.

Donald Trump understands this difference. We see it in the way he interacts with his family. We see this in the way the values he's imparted upon his children have taken root to their benefit.

Corey Comperatore, the father who died in Butler, PA, July 13, understood this. He had the humility to risk his life to defend his wife and daughter. He had shed the immature egocentric view that accompanies us all when we enter this world. He was an adult. A serious person and one worthy of respect.

Kamala Harris is not a serious person and should not be treated with respect. She has been thrust upon us by a corrupt Democrat party that has sold its soul to the Left. And she's propped up there by a media that has, through indoctrination, done the same thing.
