Enjoyed a day fitting these 14 off LCF 7500 200 to a die, Hoses fitted with our double seal reduce the chance of any leaks.
LCF is a reduced impact gas spring which takes the shock loading of the press, first press trials have seen improvement in panel quality and SPM, looking at couple of further Mods to hopefully increase SPM. Each of these LCF gas springs weighs 32 kgs each and deliver 7.5 ton of force. So 105 tons force on blank holder
