When Colleen St. Michaels came to us, she was feeling burnt out and out of alignment with her brand and target market.? She knew she had very special gifts to offer the world but in her heart, she sensed the people she was serving were not the “right” ones to appreciate and benefit from these gifts.? Although she had started to build a Kajabi website with another company, she immediately put that project on hold to pursue a complete rebrand with us.

In Colleen’s case, she checked all of the above boxes.? We were changing her target market, updating her offers, revamping her messaging and giving her a brand new updated look and feel.? For Colleen’s rebrand, we wanted her new audience [coaches, therapists and wellness workers] to feel like they have the support they need to awaken, elevate and expand their clients’ transformation through powerful intuitive and spiritual development programs.? We also wanted them to see that Colleen was the gifted empowerment coach they needed to provide a sacred space for them to heal emotionally and spiritually.
And we designed a brand that showcased these things.

The Process
For this rebrand, our brand strategist worked closely with Colleen to help her get clear on exactly who she wanted to serve and how she wanted to support them.
To help her gain clarity, the client completed our Brand Voice and Offer Questionnaires, which provides a deep dive vision process for fleshing out all the details of designing a new brand.
Next, our copywriter worked very closely with Colleen to understand her brand, what makes her unique and gain everything she needs to know about each of the brand’s offerings.
With all of this information, our copywriter drafted new website copy for each of her website pages, starting with the homepage, then the about page, and finishing with each of her offer pages. The client reviewed all of the website copy and offered suggestions for refinement.

Because the client had started an existing Kajabi website, our designer had to rework the majority of the website pages because there were significant copy changes.? With a new toned down color palette, she developed a new website that provided an amazing visual user experience for the client’s new audience.
