Kaizen Your Hiring Process

Kaizen Your Hiring Process

This week, I had the true pleasure of joining a client that embraced making positive improvements to their hiring process by using the kaizen philosophy. Kaizen is a Japanese term meaning?“change for the better” or “continuous improvement.” It is a Japanese business philosophy that concerns the processes that continuously improve operations and involve all employees. Having led numerous Kaizens in the past, it was a thrill to be invited as a SME participant and observing the behaviors of the team as they uncovered opportunities in their hiring process and developed company-wide recommendations for improvement.? What will the outcome be?? More A players on their team.? Better retention.? Exceptional performance and results. Increased profitability. A more enjoyable workplace.? Interested in learning more about how your team could drive kaizen results?? Reach out to me, and I’ll be happy to share.?

Looks great, Andy Williams. I love the use of Kaizen to create a lean process.
