KaiPod Learning - T Minus 16 Days

Things are heating up here at KaiPod Learning as we are now less than 3 weeks from the launch of our summer pilot. I am so proud to share that we are making excellent progress on many fronts.

Our progress in the past month

• Enrollments: We are now at capacity for the pilot and starting a waitlist. Our leads came from school partners, folks like you referring friends and neighbors, and others through good old-fashioned networking!
• Team: We are continuing to build our team. In addition to our amazing guru of all-things-marketing-and-enrollment, we are bringing on two K-12 experts to develop our student experience, which will be the critical differentiator for us. This includes the online school academic experience, the enrichment activities, as well as recruiting and managing our wonderful Learning Coaches.
• Fundraising: We closed our funding round in May and have the runway we need to make it through the pilot and into the Fall. Thanks to so many of you who supported us in this endeavor and/or introduced us to others who have been so helpful!

What's next

With only a few weeks left until the start of the pilot, everyone's #1 priority is to get ready for students. We are close to confirming our pilot location, hiring our summer Coaches, finalizing our enrichment partnerships, getting regulatory matters in order, and getting students enrolled into the online school courses.

We also just relaunched our website with new messaging and (we hope!) a clearer value proposition. To help people learn about KaiPod and what we stand for, we are also starting to build out our social media presence. Please help us out by following these channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter.

Finally, if anyone happens to be in Boston between June 21 and July 23, please let me know and I would love to host you at our pilot site!
