Day 1 : No code day (The most important day)

  • Go through overview
  • Develop data understanding
  • Go through discussion tab
  • Go through best notebooks
  • Note down the important points
  • List down and upskill on new things to read about
  • Shortlist helpful blogs/ articles/ videos
  • List down all tasks to be performed in sequence(most important for Day 2)

Day 2 : Getting started day

  • EDA
  • Pre-processing
  • Feature engineering(if applicable)

Day 3 : First submission day

  • Basic model implementations
  • Submit some variations of basic model
  • Submission v1
  • Submission v2
  • Read about advanced methods

Day 4 : Improvement day

  • Implement the advanced algorithms
  • Submission v3

Day 5 : Standardisation day

  • Add appropriate comments
  • Re-format the notebook

Feel free to add in any steps I would have missed that might be helpful for everyone.
