Kabira Mobility Launches Over 350 Service Centers for Electric Two-Wheelers; Ashok Leyland’s OHM Global Mobility Secures Major Order and More...

Kabira Mobility, a prominent electric two-wheeler manufacturer in India, announced today the launch of over 350 service centers nationwide, significantly bolstering its after-sales support infrastructure. This strategic expansion comes at a critical juncture as the electric two-wheeler (E2W) industry faces challenges related to sales and service, reflecting Kabira Mobility’s commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term growth in the electric vehicle sector.


Ashok Leyland , the flagship company of the Hinduja Group and a leading manufacturer in India’s commercial vehicle industry, announced today that its subsidiary OHM Global Mobility has secured an order to supply 500 12-meter ultra-low-floor electric buses to the Metropolitan Transport Corporation (MTC), Chennai. This order, which includes both non-AC and AC buses, marks a significant step in Chennai’s transition towards sustainable public transportation.


Suzuki Motor Corporation , through its subsidiary Suzuki R&D Center India Private Limited, has entered into agreements with two major dairy industry unions—Amul Dairy (Anand) and Dudhsagar Dairy (Mehsana)—to establish new biogas production plants.
