Register Early for KA Connect 2020

KA Connect 2020, our eleventh annual knowledge management conference for the AEC industry, will take place at San Francisco's Yerba Buena Center for the Arts on April 28th and 29th, 2020.

The theme of KA Connect 2020 will be "The Art of Change."

AEC firms are continuously changing. Major drivers of change include items such as growth (staff, geography, markets, services, mergers & acquisitions), transition (leadership, ownership, subject matter experts), technology, and five generations of employees in the workplace. The pace of change is picking up and shows no sign of stopping. At the same time, AEC firms are striving to become even greater places to work — more innovative, equitable, inclusive, collaborative, transparent, healthy, balanced, sustainable, and calm.

Our KA Connect 2020 speakers will share strategies for redesigning your firms to thrive during periods of accelerated change, becoming more effective change agents, and leading your firms into an unknowable future while reducing anxiety and fear and increasing calm and collaboration.

Attendees will have ample time to network and collaborate with their peers in breakout groups.

If you are passionate about improving the way your AEC firm leads and manages change, this is the conference for you.

We hope you'll join us.
