Justice for a daughter
Dear All,
I am Dr Anuradha Kapoor, residing in Mumbai, and I would like to address the ongoing situation related to the property owned by my family in a small city. The property was rented out to Union Bank of India and United India Insurance company by my late father. After his demise, as per his will, the property was equally divided among his three children, including me and my two brothers.
However, we are facing issues related to the ownership of the property due to certain actions taken by my younger brother's wife and her two daughters. Despite the legal provisions, they have forcefully taken 50% of my younger brother's share of the property. They have also objected to the rent payments made by the banks, which has resulted in the banks stopping the rent payments.
Furthermore, my elder brother and I are facing threats from my younger brother's wife and her daughters, who are not allowing us to sell our share of the property. They have also made demands for large sums of money in exchange for allowing the banks to release the rent payments due to us.
How they are so strong to threaten us?? Obviously under the political protection of CM YOGI!
Sir ji look into the matter she is spoiling your name. on one side you are setting an example to do justice on the other side you are doing injustice to a daughter. If you add such kind of people to your party what will be the future of your party??
We have tried to resolve this matter through legal channels, but due to loopholes in the system and the long-drawn legal procedures, we have not been able to get a resolution. We are only seeking our rightful share of the property, and we are not interested in any other aspect of this matter.
Therefore, I request the government to provide us with police protection and allow us to separate our share of the property and sell it without any interference from the other parties involved. We also urge the banks to release the rent payments due to us without any undue influence from any party.
We believe in the fairness of the Indian legal system and hope that we can resolve this matter quickly and amicably.
Message to all the Parents of India
Dear Parents of India,
I hope this message finds you well. As we all know, life is uncertain, and we will eventually pass away, leaving behind our property for our children. While we often emphasize the importance of family and relationships, the reality is that these relationships can be strained when it comes to the ownership of parental property.
It's not uncommon for siblings or relatives to attempt to claim each other's share, especially if they live far away from the parental property. This often occurs because the local person tries to deceive the distant person.

In my case, my father had divided his property while he was still alive, but due to the sudden death and negligent behaviour of my elder brother, my father's will was not submitted in court.
Additionally, my younger brother gave 50% of the property as a gift to his daughters due to pressure and threats from them, leading to potential trouble for the rest of the family.
Because of these mistakes and loopholes in the judiciary system, my father's will has still not been fulfilled. You can see how my father's own kids are suffering due to the involvement of strangers in the property matter, and how his soul must be saddened by seeing injustice to his own beloved children.
Therefore, it's essential for you to clearly divide your property while you're still alive and deposit the documents in court to avoid potential disputes among your children. Taking care of your property matters ensures that your familial bonds and relationships remain strong even after you're gone. Remember, we are all mortal, and it's our duty as responsible parents to make sure that our children don't suffer due to property disputes after we're no longer around.
I hope you will take this message to heart and take the necessary steps to safeguard your property and your family's future.
Best regards,
Dr A. Kapoor
