Justice & Business: A World of We

Justice is so important for our world at so many levels. "Making things right" (or justice) is something that I think we all long for, especially in a world where oppression and abuse of privilege continue to exist. While it may be difficult to change the whole world, I think we can do several things to make the world around us better (i.e., the immediate world that you and I have the ability to impact) for each other and our future.

In this talk that I recently gave at Creative Mornings San Diego, I shared the following 3 practices that all businesses can do to strengthen each others commitment to justice:

1. Social Hospitality
2. Systemic Activation
3. Sacrificial Generosity
