Just Turn Up!
We all get the same 1,440 minutes in a day; what we choose to do with that time is entirely up to us.
One way to manage your time is to Plan it. Properly.
We’ve got 2025 planned, locked and loaded so all we need to do is Just Turn Up! This is because, in our business, we:
1. Allocate time for Money Now ... Activities that drive our revenue today:?
I have allocated time slots in my diary that our clients can access and book, and I focus all my energies on those calls safe in the knowledge that we can keep momentum and accountability. We’ve also locked in all of the 2025 dates for the three Masterminds, Board Meetings, and business events that we’ll be at.
2. Allocate time for Money Future ... Activities that develop the business for tomorrow:?
I set aside specific time and focus on one area that will move our business from A to B to reach our future goals.
3. Allocate time for fulfilling our T.E.R.M.S ... Time, Effort, Resources, Money, and Sanity:?
We make sure we block out time for holidays, watching our twins play sports, downtime for Mrs N and I, seeing our family, getting advance tickets for live sports events and shows...
4. Allocate time for Learning:
We even plan in time for self-development because you should always look for learning. ?
Not only does this help you get back in control of your business (and life), but it will also help reduce overwhelm, stop interruptions, and start creating a business based on your T.E.R.M.S.
So, now our 2025 is all planned out, all we need to do is just turn up, deliver and be present!?

Martin

1 个月I saved this post and have just done it now, thanks Martin Norbury for putting it into simple phrases that make it easy to implement. I'd been doing this but not on a formal basis so now I've allocated time which is something Lesley McKie suggested to me last month.
