I just closed on the sale of this 2,000 sf duplex located at 1448 S. Diane Court in Smyrna, GA. I represented the seller, and did a co-op sale with an Atlanta-area agent that represented an out of state buyer. We achieved the highest sale price ever in the neighborhood, and sold the property for $20,000 over list price.
