OK... Ask anyone at IFSEC this past week, "hows it going" and you got the universal reply of Great...Fantastic..Been very busy... Well I agree it was the most manic IFSEC for quite a few years......

So as we all wake up this morning slightly aching... Here are a few stats for you..

Walked 18655 steps... Burnt 4000 calories...Lost 4 pounds in weight. Admittedly I walked up the stairs of the Hotel (4 flights), so I climbed 18 flights of stairs...

Despite wearing my really comfortable shoes my heels ache....

Did I have a great time was it good catching up with people... Hell YEAH... 

So whilst we might moan a bit... It is still the industries go to UK National Show..

We already have some big ideas and concepts for next year...
