When I think back on the People who have changed my life for the better,
They share one attribute in common. The Effective Communicators
To me,
1/ It means the ability to deliver your thoughts and feelings with positive intent
2/ It is Being compassionate and gentle with the goal of reaching a mutual understanding.
3/ It has helped me understand the power of not just our language, but also of our delivery during difficult situations.
Trust me, It takes TIME to get there!
And, most of all it’s satisfying :)
