Transformations can make one feel like you are drinking from a fire hose. There’s no pause or let up, and like mums, you have to be careful how the watering is being done.
Mums are beautiful just like people are. However, the plant can be damaged by how they are being watered. If someone take the watering device and places it in the plant to get the water as close to the roots as possible, the stems will be damaged, and a hole will appear in the flower. The correct way to water a mum is to rain softly for an extended period of time. This imitates the natural rainfall and won’t damage the flower.
Personal and organizational transformation takes time and just the right amount of force. Decreasing the time may result in an increase of force, and that can damage the flower that is seeking to bloom and grow. And what works for one may not work for another. Smaller mums need to be watered at a lower pressure than larger more established mums do.
The gardener needs to know how to water the plants, and those helping people and organizations also need to know how to water their clients. Make sure that you have a trained, credentialed team or person that know how to water the plant you call life.
Until next time,
