People often say that do not expect anything in return, one should just have to do their part & gradually things will work out in your favour. We generally try to implement it most of our lives, but it is not possible for a human to not expect anything in return. Reciprocation makes our life easy going not only in our personal life but also in our professional life.

Appreciation and Recognition is the most exclusive and important process for any organization to follow. When you feel safe and important to your organization you try to put your heart in achieving your goals. 

You take the company's problems personally and you take the responsibility of giving solutions and participates in resolving it. You always try to be more productive than expected.

An employee has a hunger for good words & acknowledgement of there hard work, if it is missing then nothing can motivate them to work with an organization. 

Leading a Team helped me to work on such things more, how to keep your team motivated and happy, how to make them feel valued and important & making them feel safe in their job is my main goal and I guess this is not a one-day thing it's an ongoing process which I have been following, which not only helped me in the productivity but also created a positive work environment for each other. 

Whatever you do, you should have an approach with empathy which helps in managing a team, an organization and our life.
