Just Released — Results From the 2024 Workplace Wellness Survey.

Reflecting a survey of 1,505 American full-time and part-time workers ages 21-64, the fifth annual Workplace Wellness Survey examined worker attitudes toward employment-based benefits in the workplace as well as a broad spectrum of financial wellbeing, mental health, and work/life balance issues. This year's survey found a downward trend in concern about mental well-being, but half of respondents were still at least moderately concerned about their household's financial well-being. Workers were also more likely to report being prepared to handle an emergency $500 expense than they were in 2023.

This study focuses on families in the middle 60 percent of net worths.
