Not Just Products - REMA TIP TOP Asia in Vietnam

September 2023, the REMACLEAN Belting Clearing System team in the largest steel plant in Vietnam.

The purpose is to conduct the structural inspection and maintenance service with 500+ belt cleaners and further product training.

Site inspection and maintenance

More than 500 sets of REMACLEAN Belt cleaners have been installed in this busy and huge factory since 2020.

Wear protection lining (REMALOX), and pulley lagging from REMA TIP TOP is in operation to improve the system performance.

Walk along the belt, adjust the tensioning, measure the worn-out, etc… The system inspection report and performance of REMA TIP TOP products were submitted to the client.

Product Training

As part of the program, a 2-day improvement suggestion meeting and product training were conducted via the product manager Mr. Zhang Allen and the team.

These selected products were introduced in the program.
